ShuruqThese terms describe use of Shuruq, an iOS app for Quran reading, guided reading paths, prayer-time calculations, dhikr, widgets, and optional Screen Time features. They do not replace rights or terms attached to third-party content or Apple services.
Use of the app
You may use Shuruq for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with Apple’s terms for the App Store and your device. Prayer times are calculated from the city or location and calculation method you choose. Check that the settings suit your needs; Shuruq does not guarantee that a calculated time or direction matches every local religious authority or practice.
Subscriptions and purchases
Shuruq may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing Premium subscriptions, plus a one-time lifetime purchase. Availability, price, billing period, taxes, and any offer are shown by Apple in the purchase flow for your storefront. The price and terms shown by Apple at confirmation control your purchase.
Payment for a subscription is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically for the displayed period unless you cancel it through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before the next period begins. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
A free trial or other introductory offer is available only when Apple presents that offer and confirms that your account is eligible. The offer’s duration, price after the offer, renewal period, and other conditions are those displayed by Apple before you confirm. When an offer ends, the subscription renews at the displayed price unless you cancel in time.
The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring subscription charge. Its availability and price are shown by Apple at purchase.
Third-party content and services
Quran text, translations, typefaces, libraries, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own source-specific licenses and terms, which may grant rights beyond these app terms. Nothing here limits rights granted by a third-party license. Follow the attribution and license information supplied with the relevant material. Apple services, including StoreKit, geocoding, Screen Time, and the App Store, are also subject to Apple’s terms.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply to you by law.
Apple’s standard license
Your use of Shuruq is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
